MCTEN: SDSU’s Community of Faculty Access and Excellence
MCTEN is a Division of Research and Innovation program that started in 2020 to support inclusive excellence in early career faculty. MCTEN focuses on transformative interventions to support all SDSU faculty in their research, scholarship and creative activities.
MCTEN is open and available to all who are interested to apply and/or participate, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin, in alignment with SDSU’s Affirming Equal Opportunity policy.
MCTEN has three primary activities: building intentional community, creating productive spaces, and supporting inclusive policies.
